“SICKO MODE” refers to Travis and Drake’s work ethic, showing they’re a cut above the competition by going into “sicko” or “beast” mode. “Sicko,” or “6icko” (the 6 referring to Drake’s hometown Toronto), is a term derived from Drake’s vernacular. It refers to his friends, brought to the limelight by Golden State Warriors All-Star Kevin Durant, when he tweeted his reaction to Drake’s 2015 diss track, “Charged Up.”

Astroworld is the third studio album by American rapper and record producer Travis Scott. It was released on August 3, 2018, through Cactus Jack Records and Grand Hustle Records, and distributed by Epic Records.
